The Management Accountant will play a key role within the finance team, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. This position offers a chance to contribute to process improvement and build strong relationships across the business. Duties will include: Leading month-end processes, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are well-documented. Analysing financial performance and preparing commentary for management. Maintaining accurate cost centre data and forecasts. Preparing and posting journals to support financial records. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and monitoring spending across departments. Ensuring compliance with reporting regulations and relevant standards. Collaborating with other finance teams to support data consistency and insight sharing. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. About the Successful Applicant

You will be a finalist or fully qualified CIMA/ACCA professional with relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will set you apart.
