Reporting to: Financial Controller Contract Type: Permanent The ONE Group has partnered with a respected business that's growing its team after securing new investment. In this role you will work closely and supporting the Financial Controller with delivering the Month end close process and ensuring financial control by assisting with the year-end audit, management reporting. There will be a commercial aspect to the role where you will financial planning and partner with key stakeholders to ensure costs are in line with the agreed Budget.

Your Responsibilities: Collaborating and working closely with finance colleagues to support the month end cycle. Ensuring effective control of finance processes is maintained and improved where required. Detailed P&L review, variance analysis and commentary at month end. Balance sheet reconciliations. Support Financial Controller with the annual audit. Ensuring supplier invoices are coded correctly Support of performance reporting, balance sheet and cash-flow analysis. Supporting the Finance Business Partner with the Annual budgeting process, working closely with all departments to agree and monitor targets. This includes challenge to the Heads of Department on their budget submission to ensure Budgets are robust. Support monthly rolling forecasting including P&L and KPI analysis. This includes tracking and monitoring of risks and opportunities. Your Benefits: Basic salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience. Study support package if required Your profile: Part-Qualified or Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Management Accountant with strong accruals, prepayments and reconciliations experience.
