Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a

Management Accountant

on behalf of our client, based in

Norwich . This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join a dynamic team, where you will play a key role in supporting clients with financial management and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Statements : Produce the management accounts, create cashflow forecasts, and assist with budgeting processes.

Balance Sheet Reconciliation : Perform comprehensive reconciliations of balance sheets.

Profit & Loss Analysis : Conduct detailed reviews of Profit and Loss statements.

Report Support : Assist in the creation and analysis of various financial reports.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by explaining financial data, supporting business growth, and identifying opportunities for improved profitability.

Proactive Client Support : Engage proactively with clients, addressing any concerns and identifying potential opportunities for financial improvements.

Follow-up and Client Communication : Ensure client satisfaction by following up during and after service delivery, keeping them informed of progress and any changes that impact their business.

Service Improvement : Continuously work to meet service standards while seeking ways to improve clients’ financial processes.

Project Coordination : Manage small projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and coordination.

Requirements:

Experience in preparing management accounts, financial forecasts, and supporting budgeting processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to review Profit and Loss statements and balance sheets.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly to clients.

Proactive approach to client support and relationship management.

Ability to manage small projects and coordinate resources efficiently.
