Our Management Accountant is a big part of that - responsible for financial reporting to multiple property investors. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the month-end close process and delivery of monthly and quarterly management account packs for properties managed by CRM/Yugo in the UK. Analyse, review and add meaningful commentary to the Profit and Loss. Complete balance sheet reconciliations with relevant backup for each account. Work closely with transactional teams, Finance Business Partners, and Yugo Operations to ensure accurate reporting of property financial performance against Budget/Forecast. Support Yugo Operations in their understanding of property financial performance, which in turn allows them to provide insightful analysis to investors. Contribute to audit processes over property statutory accounts, ensuring requests from property auditors are addressed on a timely basis. Assist with queries and requests from property investors. Contribute to financial analysis to provide insights into property performance. Qualifications

Here's what you'll need: Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified AAT. Experience working within a multi-national multi-site business would be an advantage. Strong multi-tasking skills. At least 2 years’ experience working within a finance team. Strong Excel skills. Month-end experience. Very strong attention to detail. Self-starter who shows initiative. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Confident and pro-active with strong communication skills. Passionate about making a real difference to student lives. A real people person who enjoys collaboration with people from a range of backgrounds. Benefits
