Management Accountant | Permanent | up to £38k | Greater Manchester Client: Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Greater Manchester not-for-profit organisation to appoint a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid and flexible working, as well as a great holiday and benefits package. Duties will include: Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis Working with stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls are in place and risk is understood Liaising with internal finance staff to improve systems and processes Leading budget holder meetings and providing high-quality advice and analysis Working closely with the Finance Manager and deputising as needed The successful candidate: Experience working within Housing is highly desirable; wider public sector experience will be accepted (Charity, Local Government, NHS, Education, Not-for-profit) Excellent communication skills and able to relay information to senior stakeholders
