Description Overseeing and leading the financial operations for the organisation. Preparing Management Accounts for 4 business entities within the Group. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Co-ordinating all key finance functions for the business and overseeing an Accounts Assistant and Bookkeeper. Implementing effective strategies to enhance profitability and financial performance. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes. Analysing financial data and making informed predictions for the company's future. Advising on investment opportunities and cost-saving measures. Some involvement in the co-ordination of Payroll, Facilities Management and HR.
Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficient knowledge in financial management and accounting principles.
