As a Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our team by: Being the
subject matter expert
for Markerstudy Insurance entity. Preparing monthly
accruals, prepayments, and journals . Conducting
balance sheet and cashbook reconciliations . Preparing
monthly invoices
and reconciling aged debtors. Assisting with the collation of
monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting . Actively managing risk by ensuring effective controls are in place. Driving
continuous process improvement . Supporting
ad hoc projects
as needed. Must-Have Skills and Attributes
To excel in this role, you’ll need: Experience in a smailar role A
strong work ethic
and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent organisational skills , including time management and task prioritisation. A self-motivated attitude with
high standards
of work. Proficiency in
Excel
with strong analytical skills. The ability to communicate effectively, both
verbally and in writing . Desirable Skills
It’s a bonus if you have: An understanding of the
insurance industry . Experience using
