Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts to provide clear financial insights.
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis to support business decisions.
Handle balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Support the preparation of year-end accounts, working alongside auditors as required.
Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Partner with department heads to deliver financial analysis and drive cost efficiencies.
Review existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes quickly.
What We're Looking For:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong management accounting background.
Proven experience working in interim or fast-paced environments.
Confident handling large volumes of data and delivering clear financial reports.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Sage or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively under tight deadlines.
