Job Description Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts Analysis and interpretation of financial data to guide strategic decisions Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers and journals Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards Assisting with internal and external audits Collaborating with other departments to improve financial procedures Advising on cost reduction and revenue enhancement strategies The Successful Applicant A successful 'Management Accountant' should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £54,000 to £66,000 per annum Opportunity to work in a leading industrial and manufacturing company Generous holiday leave A positive and inclusive company culture Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
