NET Recruit have partnered with an automotive business to recruit a Management Accountant located in Poole. Your Company: A highly successful automotive business is searching the market for a Management Accountant located in the Poole area. With substantial history and success behind them, this business is constantly growing and building their teams. The position holder will be collaborating with the Financial Controller to provide full accounting support across the business and supporting the development of the small finance team. Your Roles and Responsibilities: Reviewing and presenting the month-end management accounts across multiple sites Developing the management information, in order to provide detailed analysis of the departmental performance on a monthly basis Composite reporting to the manufacturer that is motor trade specific Preparing the year-end accounts Reviewing balance sheet and P&L Undertaking quarterly VAT returns and submissions to HMRC What you will need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will be either a qualified or at least part qualified CIMA professional and have excellent experience within a comparable management accounting role. Ideally, applicants would have automotive sector experience. All applicants should have excellent knowledge of financial accounting reporting rules, and experience in liaising with external audits and internal and external decision makers. Strong IT skills will be valuable including Microsoft Office, as well as excellent communication abilities. What you will get in Return: For the successful candidate a starting salary in the region of £35,000 is available, alongside a fantastic package including a pension scheme, holiday allocation, discounts across services and products by the company and a range of additional perks.
