Management Accountant - Potters Bar (Hybrid) - £35,000 + Study support
Successful construction company is seeking to hire a Management Accountant currently working towards CIMA or ACCA qualification. A full study package will be available.
Main responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts pack (Balance sheet, P&L, variance analysis)
Assist with budgets, forecasts and reforecasts
Assist with the month end close, ensuring accuracy of work and deadlines met
Assist the Finance Manager in the production of the VAT and CIS returns
Cashflow reporting
Regular project reporting for submission to project managers
Your background:
Part qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
Interest in the real estate sector
Team player with high attention to detail
Good with systems (COINS experience an advantage)
Takes initiative
