Reading - Hybrid Working We are exclusively engaged with a high growth, international technology business who are looking to secure a high potential Management Accountant for a newly created role. This business is on a huge growth curve and has just received significant external investment to drive further growth in revenues and EBITDA. They are a leading IT consulting and automation business with an international presence who deploy cutting edge technology to a blue chip customer base. This is a brand new role and will be part of a wider process, systems and operational improvement journey as the business looks to grow and will report to a highly knowledgeable Finance Manager. With revenues planned to double over the next 3 years, there is a real opportunity to gain a wide set of skills and experience in this role. The Role

The successful Management Accountant will manage the following: Manage bookkeeping to trial balance, owning accurate & timely data in Xero, ready to month-end timetable Production of management accounts including all necessary journals and high level commentaries Consolidation of monthly accounts for multiple international entities Ensure all accounting processes are approved based on policies Own payroll transaction process accuracy (in-house & external) plus end of year summaries, P60s, P11ds etc Own loan accounting computations & bank transactions Manage & process Sales Ledger Prepare a monthly Credit Management Report, chase all overdue debts Review internal accounting processes with Finance Manager as necessary to improve accuracy & timeliness Assist Finance Manager in audit process Your Profile

We are looking for a well-educated ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier who is looking to take the next step in their career. Someone with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a management/financial accounting focused role would be ideally suited to this opportunity. We need someone ambitious who is hungry to learn, develop and gain exposure to new tasks and challenges. Salary:

£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits, full study support is also available. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 2-3 days per week in office. Seniority level
