are actively working with an international business based in North Wales that are keen to appoint a newly qualified Accountant into their Management Accounts team. Working closely with the Financial Controller & Finance Director, you will gain a broad understanding of day to day operations whilst being in a position to add real value. Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Analyse financial statements and provide insights to inform decision-making Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning processes Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies Assist with audits and tax preparation Contribute to process improvement initiatives Prepare management accounts and financial reports Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement Collaborate with colleagues to gather information for financial reporting Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities Communicate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and procedures Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
