Management Accountant

Management Accountant | Rhyl | £50,000 - £55,000 An opportunity to join a fast-growing business operating within the Manufacturing sector. This role will support the Finance Director and allow some recently qualified individuals to gain hands-on experience owning the full management accounts process, with future progression into a more senior role. Main duties will include: Prepare management reports, financial statements, and forecasts Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve cost efficiency Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes Support financial audits and provide necessary documentation Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements Candidate profile: CIMA/ACCA Qualified preferred – finalist level considered Previous management accounts experience Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, with significant exposure to c-suite level Benefits: Hybrid working model 2-3 days on site Flexible working hours Study support if required 25 days holiday Stakeholder pension
