As a Management Accountant specializing in system and process improvement, you will be at the heart of the finance function, supporting the Head of Finance in the delivery of accurate management reporting while spearheading initiatives to optimize systems and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify inefficiencies, implement enhancements, and support the adoption of best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the completion of month end processes and reconciliations Preparation of monthly management accounts Payroll administration in collaboration with outsourced payroll company Contribute to system improvement initiatives to streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes Develop and document system workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions Support with training of finance and non-finance staff to enhance system use and process adherence. To be successful, you will already have a track record in producing accurate management accounts, and be able to commit to at least 12 months within this role.
