Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking a proactive and outgoing Management Accountant to join our growing client in Rugby on a hybrid basis, with a salary of up to 53,000 + 10% bonus on offer. This role is crucial in providing financial insight and strategic support to key stakeholders across the business, so the ability to develop relationships and break down financial data is a must! You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and insightful commentary. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function. Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements.

About You: Qualified or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant experience in management accounting. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Commercially astute, with the ability to influence decision-making. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
