This role is for a dedicated Management Accountant who will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance department in a professional services setting. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining financial health and making prudent financial decisions. Generating financial reports for senior management. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Overseeing the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Conducting regular financial audits to ensure accuracy. Assisting in strategic planning and decision making based on financial data. Evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for potential improvement. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: A qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience in managing an accounting department. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Solid problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills.
