Fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified Accountant or qualified by experience to join a great finance team within a very exciting business. Hybrid working and great benefits package. Your role will include:
Prepare financial reports and monthly accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cashflows.
Analyse financial data, providing detailed performance insights for leadership.
Oversee reconciliations for key accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Manage intercompany transactions, including those involving foreign currencies.
Process month-end journals and support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and improve financial accuracy.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT submissions.
Support audits by providing documentation and resolving queries.
Drive process improvements and support finance projects as required.
Key Qualifications:
Strong management accounting background with excellent analytical skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience handling intercompany transactions and reconciliations (multi currencies).
A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
