Job Description Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and commentaries. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and financial planning. Coordinate with the finance team to streamline accounting functions and operations. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments. Participate in preparing for annual audits. Support management decision-making with relevant financial information. The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills. Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
