North Kent based Service Group operating in over 24 countries is looking to develop an FP&A Team within the UK based Head Office. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and working in a team of 4 dedicated Management Accountants, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities of the FP&A/Management Accountant include: Challenge monthly and year-end figures. Provide a clear understanding of current and future financial performance. Gain a strong understanding of business strategy. Provide expertise in FP&A tools, produce robust financial data and reports including KPI drivers and results. Group consolidations, coordinate forecast cycles and display the ability to interrogate information. Produce monthly management accounts for presentation to the Board.
Requirements of the FP&A/Management Accountant role: First-rate graduate with a strong academic background. Newly qualified or finalist ACCA or CIMA. Minimum of 2 years management accounts experience and strong analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills, including dashboards, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, etc. Exceptional communication skills. Global group background is a huge bonus.
