CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a high growth, PE backed technology business based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the newly generated requirement to hire a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with two dynamic mentor figures, whilst taking on a broad and involved role that is expected to develop quickly.
What will the Management Accountant role involve?
Multi-entity management accounts preparation & reporting; Support with the completion of budgeting & forecasting exercises in addition to cash flow reporting; Assist in consolidated reporting including cash flow; Support with process & systems improvements as the department grows; Involvement with reports collation for PE stakeholders; Completion of ad hoc project & analytical work to aid growth.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
The ideal candidate will be working towards their ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification; Practice training or experience in a fast-paced multi-entity environment is required; Previous experience covering both management and financial reporting; Advantageous to have worked in a PE backed business previously.
