As a Management Accountant, you will have experience of transactional and management accounts. You must be flexible and engaging, have the ability to meet strict deadlines, and be a strong team player.
Your new role Reporting to the Directors, the role involves the transactional processing of the sales, purchase ledger, and payroll for the company on Sage line 50. Inputting invoices, raising payments, resolving queries, taking payments, chasing payments as required, and full payroll processing for staff on Sage payroll. In addition to the above, you will need to have control and management of the budgeting, cash flow, and overall oversight of the sales income across the group. Also, there will be a need to assist in the regulatory compliance of the homes' administrative functions to assist the manager in ensuring compliance in areas required. You will also be assisting the business in streamlining financial systems across the business in implementing efficient systems across various homes.
