Management Accountant, Witney area, £35,000 - £42,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Looking for a Management Accountant to oversee the accounts of a small automotive business, located in Chipping Norton.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
Fully office based.
Your new role Creating new suppliers and customers, checking and uploading their invoices to the accounts' system. Reconcile all bank accounts, including petty cash and credit cards. Manage the invoice factoring facility and employee expenses. Assist with purchase agreements, loans and supplier contracts. Process payroll and supplier payments according to deadlines. Setting up payments for wages, dividends, NI & PAYE taxes and pensions and then entering the data into the accounting system. Prepare monthly and annual management accounts and tax returns, including accruals and prepayments. Liaise with accountants regarding tax returns and accounting best practices. Monitor the cash flow of the business and make recommendations to the business owner regarding financial decisions such as rate setting and costs to the business and ongoing cash requirements. Perform regular ad hoc business information reports and other financial reports and share with the relevant stakeholders. Design and implement new accounting procedures/reports to increase visibility, efficiency and accuracy. What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified or part qualified or qualified by experience. Driving Licence. Prior experience as a management accountant or working in a similar role is required. Experience working with Xero is preferred. Communicating in a professional manner with customers and suppliers is essential. Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
