The Role: As our Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our growing organisation. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will:

* Deliver insights into business performance, influencing strategic decisions.

* Manage stock and WIP reconciliations, providing clarity on movements.

* Analyse gross margin drivers, including sales mix, variances, and cost impacts.

* Ensure revenue is recognised in line with IFRS 15 standards.

* Support audits and complete group reporting requirements.

About You: We're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and continuous improvement. You'll be:

* A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* An analytical thinker with a strategic mindset, ready to influence decision-making.

* A team player with strong communication skills and a low-ego approach to collaboration.

* Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys solving complex problems.
