Inside IR35 Role Overview This is a valuable opportunity for a skilled Business Controller / Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information while working on both recurring tasks and project-based initiatives to improve and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes across business units. Collaborate with operational managers to propose improvement projects, validate financial data, and support decision-making. Provide timely and insightful financial reporting, ensuring visibility of performance and early risk identification. Challenge operational performance and recommend financial improvement measures. Assess business cases for operational investments and improvement projects. Manage financial controlling activities, including Recurring Costs, Inventory, Non-Recurring Costs, and Capex Jigs / Tools. Skills and Experience CIMA qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment. Proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Working Pattern and Travel Standard 35-hour workweek Occasional UK travel may be required. Additional Information BPSS+ clearance required (to be completed by the organisation).
