Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Management Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analysis. This is initially a fixed term contract until June 2025, however due to the growth plans within the organisation there is potential that this role will offer the opportunity to secure a permanent contract. The long term vision for this role is to step into the Finance Manager role after a 12 - 18 month time frame. About you Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong MS Excel skills Management Accounting experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Available immediately What you'll do Preparation of monthly management accounts Preparation of variance analysis to assist with decision-making processes Preparation and input of journals for month-end process and preparation of monthly backup schedules Project costings Assisting wider finance team when required
