The Role: As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management accounts process while also acting as a key business partner to non-financial stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include preparing management accounts, contributing to month-end activities, and providing financial insights to assist with commercial decision-making.

You will be involved in: Preparing and delivering accurate management accounts. Collaborating with non-finance staff to provide guidance on budgets and financial performance. Leading month-end activities and ensuring financial processes run smoothly. Providing strategic support to help shape key commercial decisions and drive business growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed: To thrive in this role, you should be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a proven background in producing end-to-end management accounts. You will also need to be confident in finance business partnering, with the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders and help drive business decisions.

Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA). Proven experience in producing end-to-end management accounts. Strong finance business partnering skills, with experience advising non-financial staff on budgeting and financial matters.
