Job Duties
Clinic Manager should be proficient in treating a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting including orthopedic, return-to-sport, post-op, and spine rehab, and may also have experience with vestibular, TMD, pelvic health, and pediatric therapy. Daily Responsibilities
The clinic manager will assist with overseeing daily operations within their clinic and managing all staff, both clinical and administrative, alongside their office management partner. Hiring & Management Duties
Clinic manager will be responsible for orienting new employees, including administrative mentorship and basic clinical mentorship for all clinical staff. Additionally, the clinic manager will assist with conducting annual performance reviews for staff and leading monthly clinic meetings, will attend regular meetings with practice manager and office manager, and will monitor key metrics to ensure maximal productivity.
