Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary client contact and leading all communication, support and negotiations Develop comprehensive reports and roadmaps tailored to client goals and business readiness Ensure seamless client transitions to transactions, collaborating with senior team members as needed Manage a portfolio of key clients, supporting them through their journey to a transaction mandate Guide clients through fundraising, acquisitions, and reorganizations as necessary Support client and business development efforts by engaging stakeholders Regular collaboration with Sales & Marketing leadership
Requirements: ACA, ACCA or CIMA full qualification essential High level of commercial and financial acumen with excellent analytical skills Must have experience in a Consultancy or Commercial role where you have added value in scaling-up multiple businesses to new levels of business growth Understanding of business valuations and M&A / transaction processes Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver value through strategic insight Lives within 1 hour of Berkshire with own transport
