Management Development Trainer

to join our team and deliver this pivotal programme. In this role, you'll deliver our vision-focused, values-driven programme designed to enhance decision-making, develop people management abilities, and boost team performance. As the Management Development Trainer, you will primarily deliver in-person sessions at County Hall, Preston. Some travel to deliver sessions at our offices in Lancaster and Burnley will be required. This is a fixed term opportunity for two years whilst we deliver this programme to our management cohort. What we're looking for: You'll be an exceptional leader with practical experience managing diverse teams. When delivering content aimed to enhance manager capabilities and decision making, you'll use your wealth of management experience to bring the content to life through your storytelling abilities. You'll be a confident and engaging communicator with great relationship-building skills which you will use to influence others and embed learning. You'll have experience delivering training sessions to a wide range of audiences with the ability to adapt your approach to suit their needs. Closing Date:
