As a Management Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop essential skills, and contribute to our company's success through various strategic initiatives and projects.The 24-month rotational programme is designed to fast-track you to Head of Business or General Manager, where you will be accountable for running a multi-million-pound dealership operation. Throughout the rotations you will be immersed in all areas of the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business areas and automotive industry.Underpinning this will be the development programme that will provide training and development, mentorship, networking opportunities, project assignments and career path planning. The programmme is aimed to develop your skills and fast-track your career at Lookers, with a key focus on setting you up for success and achieving your goals.Responsibilities:Throughout the rotational programme you will be exposed to Sales, Aftersales and Retail Central Operations, where you will immerse yourself in the roles and responsibilities.Conduct research, analyse data, and generate insights to inform decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement across various departments.Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategies, and operational policies to achieve organizational objectives.Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of results.Support senior management in preparing reports, presentations, and financial analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Management or related field – 2:1 or aboveYou must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and communicate data-driven insights effectively.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, learn new concepts, and adapt to changing business environments.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to contribute to the future of mobilityPlease note, travel will be required as part of this programme to our regional Head Offices in Altrincham and Gateshead.Why Lookers?We firmly believe that our colleagues are our most valuable asset.
