What you’ll be doing as a Management & Leadership Skills Trainer
Develop engaging and interactive training programmes, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules. Tailor training content to align with organisational goals, industry trends, and team-specific requirements and incorporate sector-specific topics and scenarios. Facilitate management and leadership training sessions using various instructional methods (e.g., role-plays, case studies, group discussions). Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to managers when needed within formal training environments. Prepare reports on training outcomes and present findings to stakeholders. Work closely with Learning Consultancy, People Team leads, department heads, and senior leadership to understand organisational needs. Advocate for a culture of continuous learning within the organisation. Base Location

Proven experience in management training, leadership development, or a similar role. Experience in designing and delivering training programmes for various management levels. Previous experience within people management. Experience designing and delivering training programmes at a larger scale. High-level presentation and facilitation skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. What’s in it for you?
