We are looking to recruit an
Automotive Centre Manager
on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader or existing Manager looking for a new challenge. Great team environment and supportive management. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 & Saturday 08:30 to 17:00, with a day off in the week. Sunday is a trading day, so working 2 per month with an additional supplementary payment on top of annual salary. In Addition: Monthly Bonus. NEST Pension Scheme. Life Insurance Scheme. Safety boots and Uniform. Staff Discount. Ongoing training package and career progression. Role Responsibilities: Adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control. Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to minimize complaints. Achieve all sales targets and KPI’s. Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis. Comply with reasonable instruction from Regional Managers, Head Office, or the Board of Directors. Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures. Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre. Liaise with Head Office and other Departments. Support other Centres when necessary. Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company. Be available for work at the times specified by the Company. Immediate start available with interviews being held next week.
