Summary: The Partnership Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing existing TouchNet partnerships and establishing new partnerships to grow the TouchNet and Global Payments business in higher education in the UK and Ireland. This role involves strategizing to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company’s product offerings and market presence. The Partner Manager works to ensure that these collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with TouchNet’s objectives, ultimately driving mutual benefits for both parties. The Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in expanding a company’s reach and enhancing its offerings through strategic partnerships. They manage existing partner relationships, identifying opportunities for further collaboration, integration and revenue. Additionally, they scout and secure new partnerships, negotiating terms that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis of partnership performance, adapting strategies to maximize benefits. The Partnership Manager acts as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution to ensure the success of the partnership. Responsibilities: Identify and engage strategic partners to help expand the TouchNet offerings in UK/Ireland

Identify and propose potential partnership opportunities by prospecting partners and discovering and exploring the opportunities provided by those potential partnerships.

Manage and grow Touchnet’s existing partner network within UK/Ireland

Work collaboratively with all business units of TouchNet and its parent company Global Payments

Research and evaluate new strategic business opportunities and entry into new markets and business platforms through partnerships.

Coordinate with TouchNet Marketing as it pertains to existing and new offerings, and TouchNet Sales team for enablement of current and new product and program offerings to maximize adoption and revenue.

Collaborate with TouchNet product teams for new initiatives and on-going integrations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required

3+ years of successful partner management

3+ years experience with Higher Education Services companies

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Track record of success building and maintaining relationships
