Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the barber shop, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing staff performance.
Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and products.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
Hire, train, and manage staff members, including barbers, receptionists, and assistants.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
