Manager, Consulting We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager to lead a global team of consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of Intelex implementations. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, developing consultants, and driving operational excellence through process improvements. The Consulting Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align resources, address challenges, and enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality. What You Will Do: Assign consultants to projects based on scope, expertise, and resource availability, managing capacity planning and utilisation. Coach teams on project execution, ensuring adherence to requirements, timelines, and best practices. Mitigate project risks with proactive risk management and escalation strategies. Drive adherence to implementation methodologies and enforce project standards. Enhance customer satisfaction and deepen relationships through proactive customer engagement and project sponsorship. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and career development for team members. Facilitate training and development to align consultant skills with evolving business needs. Partner with internal teams to improve hiring, training, customer service, and product knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize product and solution design issues. Implement best practices to improve service delivery, reduce time to value, and improve quality. Recommend strategies to improve team efficiency, effectiveness and engagement. Travel up to 10%, including occasional international trips. Key Metrics: Utilisation: Optimise resource allocation and team productivity. On-Time Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered to schedule. Customer Satisfaction: Foster positive customer experiences and outcomes. Quality: Maintain high standards in project execution and outcomes. What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in consulting or professional services. A track record of delivering high-quality Enterprise and Midmarket implementation services. Expertise in managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. Effective collaboration in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Proactive problem-solving and escalation management skills. Passion for innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
