is looking for a London-based Manager, Demand Generation with experience in B2B SaaS across mid-market and enterprise segments. We are seeking a hands-on, strategic marketing leader to own key initiatives from a strategy and execution perspective and manage our demand generation team. You must have a proven track record of consistently exceeding your goals in driving net new MRR. The Manager, Demand Generation is a strategic role managing EMEA direct customer acquisition and is responsible for driving integrated campaigns across the BigCommerce and Feedonomics product lines, across core EMEA markets. You will manage a team of demand marketers responsible for driving acquisition strategy, planning, execution and performance measurement, and you will own select special projects end-to-end. You'll also have the ability to balance the big picture strategy and the small details. What You'll Do: Operate as a "player coach," owning campaign delivery directly as well as providing managerial support and guidance to direct reports. Drive integration and collaboration on a full-funnel demand strategy inclusive of content, digital, direct mail, social, nurture, progression, third party, and other tactics that drive sales pipeline and win business. Manage and mentor a team of demand marketers, focusing on developing talent and encouraging growth. Align team resources and establish priorities in line with business objectives. Track, analyze and report out on campaign performance and insights, partnering with Revenue & Marketing Operations as needed. Partner with Digital Marketing & SEO teams on paid and organic engagement for EMEA. Own forecasted return and performance projections across demand generation activities with input from the demand generation managers. Manage team budget tracking and develop funding proposals. Mobilize the team around planning, performance lookbacks and go-forward plans. Audit buyer journeys and identify areas for optimization, as well as new opportunities for business growth. Understand and articulate the merchant buying journey across campaigns and programs. Develop and socialize demand gen plans, standards, systems and best practices for campaign creation, execution, performance measurement, optimization and maintenance. Own select strategic projects end-to-end from a demand perspective; develop the strategic plan as well as execute to completion and report out on performance. Communicate to leadership on campaign strategy and performance. Form excellent cross-functional relationships across the company. Partner with Sales & SDR teams on alignment, enablement and optimization opportunities as it relates to go-to-market strategy, lead quality and pipeline acceleration. Who You Are:

Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing required; minimum of three years direct experience in demand generation marketing required. 1 year of people management experience required. Previous experience supporting and delivering campaigns in Northern and Southern European markets is required. Previous employment in ecommerce and SaaS industries is a plus. You can spend at least two days per week in our central London office. Advanced understanding and experience with inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation programs, database marketing, lead nurturing, digital marketing channels, pipeline acceleration motions, and funnel metrics. Ability to analyze marketing data and derive insights and opportunities. Has experience building and implementing full-funnel acquisition campaigns, inclusive of integrated tactics from awareness through purchase. Excels at developing both the strategy and managing the details; willing to get into the details with the team and also comfortable articulating the high level plan. Outstanding project management and organizational skills with the ability to develop and implement systems for the team. Excellent understanding of buyer journeys, acquisition strategy and how to progress leads through the funnel. Expert collaborator with cross-functional BigCommerce and Feedonomics teams. Growth marketing mindset with a willingness to innovate to meet business objectives.
