Schedule duties and assist with scheduling operating room and other medical services. Maintain and direct medical staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning and appraising their performances. Contribute to financial objectives by preparing annual medical budgets and scheduling capital expenses. Requirements:
