Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for growth, taking a global perspective and considering business opportunities. Evaluate trends and establish critical measurements to determine quality and patient service strategies. Plan, direct, monitor, and appraise the contribution of doctors, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. Research and observe trends in the medical world to develop patient care strategies. Generate reports on the quality of medical care and the working of the medical staff, serving as a channel of communication between management and medical staff. Schedule duties and assist with scheduling operating room and other medical services. Maintain and direct medical staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning and appraising their performances. Contribute to financial objectives by preparing annual medical budgets and scheduling capital expenses. Requirements:

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management. About Us:
