Manager, Engagement Management, Collaboration The Manager of Engagement Management reports into the Senior Director Services, Collaboration and provides leadership over client implementation project management, leads Engagement (Project) Managers, has accountability for the governance of project portfolios, and supports strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement across client project delivery. What you will contribute: Team Management: Lead the Engagement Manager team (across NA and EMEA) within the Collaboration Business Unit to drive cohesiveness and provide ongoing coaching. Support individual team members through professional development and growth opportunities. Manage resourcing across the project portfolio by working closely with the segment and sales leads to understand pipeline. Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are understood and embedded within the team. Track and manage compliance with reporting across the team. Delivery Management: Advise and support Engagement Managers through client implementation project challenges. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership regarding key accounts, project portfolio, and project escalations. Collaborate with Intapp client-facing teams to ensure a high-quality client experience. Participate in internal steering committee meetings to discuss overall project health and progress. Project manage SaaS engagements (20 – 30% of the role). Governance: Monitor project budgets and project efficiency, ensuring projects are being effectively tracked through internal CRM and validating accuracy of project data. Work with Engagement Managers to ensure appropriate controls and risk mitigations are in place for complex implementations. Ensure a smooth knowledge transfer from the Sales team to the implementation team delivering the SoW. Continuous Improvement: Participate in and enable continuous improvement activities across the implementation lifecycle as well as within the wider Collaboration Business Unit. Proactively seek opportunities to align process to new product offerings and improve the customer experience. What we're looking for: A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering technical projects and programmes. Experience of delivering SaaS implementations and knowledge of the SaaS delivery model. Experience leading a strong, experienced team of Program and Project Managers and supporting staff. Exceptional communication skills with a drive for successful customer outcomes. Ability to successfully collaborate with all stakeholders and maintain a positive outlook. Strong attention to detail with proficiency and experience in presenting and influencing senior leadership in a large organization. Experience of managing through organizational and process change. Preferred Qualifications: Experience serving clients in the accounting and consulting or legal industries. Experience delivering projects centered around information management or Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Experience working as a project manager in a SaaS organization.
