£70,000 - £90,000 per annum
Description of role
Advising clients on Finance service design, operating models and capability required to enable a future state service design. This includes what is required to operate any new technologies which are being implemented.
Supporting clients with a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan.
Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of finance technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective.
Leading our team to design the clients future service offering, including delivery model (e.g retained vs shared services), from design principles down to mapping of processes.
Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the delivery of their transformation programme, including deployment of new technologies.
Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the business.
Working with the business to define and embed new ways of working.
Working on internal process improvement projects.
Essential Criteria
Financial Qualifications, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Experience of leading Finance transformation
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proactive, independent and self-starter
Works with CFOs on a regular basis
