Client Manager
to join their expanding team. This role offers a clear career trajectory, transitioning from accounts preparation to a leadership, review and advisory-focused position. In the initial 1-3 months, the role will primarily be office-based, with time spent in the office and with the teamto foster relationships and establish working practices. Thereafter, a flexible hybrid working model is available. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing accounts
and offering advisory services to clients. Leading
client meetings
and acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. Assisting in
business development , meeting potential new clients, and building strong professional relationships. Collaborating with senior managers and partners to manage client portfolios. Overseeing the workflow of junior staff, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Progressing towards independently managing a portfolio with support, moving into full autonomy. What We’re Looking For: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in an accountancy practice. Strong background in accounts preparation and a desire to transition into client advisory and managerial roles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
