Support the creation and delivery of UK people strategy with the HR Director and HRBP as the business grows in line with 3-7 year plan. Drive the roll-out of central initiatives into the customer groups (performance management, employee surveys, and other change programmes) to enhance operational excellence. Build strong relationships with key business leaders and develop a deep understanding of operational challenges and opportunities – using your knowledge to challenge and support change/growth across the site. Partner with the TA Partner on recruitment and selection. Lead local onboarding processes (pre- and post-employment). Manage and develop the HR Coordinator to deliver excellent service around the employee lifecycle. Educate line leaders (including delivery of formal training interventions) in good people practices, business policy & processes. Coach managers to support their leadership development and grow organisational capability. Skills & Experience
Strong generalist background covering all aspects of HR activity. Preference for manufacturing experience. Exposure to a regulated environment (desirable). Change management champion. Creative problem-solving outlook. Strong legal technical knowledge. Stakeholder management and influencing skills. Collaborative and partnering approach.
