The Person You will be an experienced Senior Recruiter or Managing Consultant within the HR Recruitment space, completing a billing role. Looking for that next step up to Management or as a Manager looking for an opportunity to create a new team around you. You will be confident in your ability as a Recruiter/Manager who will help elevate this existing HR area forward in line with the company’s growth plans. Will suit someone with a strong client and candidate network in the HR space but there is plenty of existing business to work with from day one. Exposure to Temp, Contract and Perm Recruitment is preferable along with a track record of achievement and building relationships. Your role will be hands-on billing as part of your role in leading the team. Ability to source and build out a network of HR candidates for the business. Would suit someone with the vision and passion to bring ideas and bring to life a new area of the business to complement their successful other divisions. Working with high calibre candidates across the Business Support, HR and Finance space at all levels. Clients range from small boutiques to large corporates across Commerce & Industry, Professional Services and the Financial sectors.
