The Person You will be an experienced Senior Recruiter or Managing Consultant within the HR Recruitment space, completing a billing role. Looking for that next step up to Management or as a Manager looking for an opportunity to create a new team around you. You will be confident in your ability as a Recruiter/Manager who will help elevate this existing HR area forward in line with the company’s growth plans. Will suit someone with a strong client and candidate network in the HR space but there is plenty of existing business to work with from day one. Exposure to Temp, Contract and Perm Recruitment is preferable along with a track record of achievement and building relationships. Your role will be hands-on billing as part of your role in leading the team. Ability to source and build out a network of HR candidates for the business. Would suit someone with the vision and passion to bring ideas and bring to life a new area of the business to complement their successful other divisions. Passionate about recruitment with a focused mindset and drive to be successful. Able to work in a consultative, collaborative environment and looking for a long-term opportunity. The Company Market leading, independent Recruitment Consultancy, established over 20 years, has 2 offices in London, in addition to 5 locations worldwide. Working with high calibre candidates across the Business Support, HR and Finance space at all levels. Clients range from small boutiques to large corporates across Commerce & Industry, Professional Services and the Financial sectors. Typically, their consultants are billing £200k-£250k per year minimum. Superb team of passionate and likeminded individuals including Management, who really support each other. Individuals are well supported and given all the tools to be successful, along with a transparent career plan by which to develop. The Role Hugely exciting new growth opportunity for either a Senior Recruiter looking to progress or a Manager seeking a new challenge! You will be working alongside a highly experienced business owner with a track record of success in growing out new ventures and will be hands-on to guide and advise. A super opportunity to elevate an exciting market sector and actively grow this out in line with the current structure. You will be hands-on billing as part of your role and looking at the new growth strategy for the HR team to become a successful division. This will cover Temp and Perm in addition to working across all levels of roles. There is an existing and lapsed client base to work with in addition to focusing on new opportunities and markets. You will have your own website and be able to operate as a separate brand whilst remaining a valued part of the existing business. You will be provided with all the tools to grow this successfully, including marketing, branding, technology, and management support. Would suit someone very driven, motivated, and wanting to be part of a growth opportunity.
