Manage the end-to-end delivery of investigative and intelligence-led projects, involving in-depth information gathering and analysis across a range of commercial contexts. Represent Kroll throughout the life-cycle of consultancy engagements from initial client introductions to the presentation of project deliverables. Assess client requirements at the outset of an instruction and articulate with coherence and detail how Kroll can address those requirements with the appropriate resourcing. Display ownership of project deliverables and supervise the contributions of different project participants and resulting output that is provided to clients. Lead the overall analysis that is detailed in client deliverables. Apply analytical overlay to factual data and intelligence inputs yielding from the investigative process, in order to deliver well-structured, thematic and narrative-driven outputs that provide appropriate weighting to different information sources. Ensure, as the final custodian of project outputs, that the project deliverables are well-presented and “client ready”. Demonstrate proactive engagement when participating in business development initiatives to represent the firm externally and promote the value-add of Kroll’s service offerings to clients. Direct, supervise and guide project participants and team members who contribute to the delivery of client engagements. REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years professional experience in delivering investigative assignments for a reputable investigative/research intensive organisation. High level proficiency in delivering well-presented, coherent and narrative-driven written deliverables. Experience demonstrating a “real world” understanding of areas of heightened reputational, regulatory and legal risk and how such areas are conventionally manifested in commercial contexts. Ability to drive forward and co-ordinate a number of concurrent projects and tasks, managing competing demands. The ability to independently query, analyse and interpret data from a wide variety of information systems; and accurately convey the relative evidentiary weightings and levels of conviction of different information sources. A desire to understand business problems and to evaluate the results of your work in a business context. Communication skills that you can adapt to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Intellectually curious and adept at navigating ambiguity. Proven experience in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
