Mid to Senior Level (Management) About the Role

The Manager, Marketing Tommy Hilfiger is responsible for planning and executing all activations for O&O retail, wholesale, and pure player, for each season, within the framework provided by the Regional Marketing Team across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Nordics. This role involves updating and maintaining the retail and wholesale calendars while collaborating cross-functionally to leverage their channels and capabilities as brand amplifiers to connect with local consumers at the right time, with the right voice and the right product. Responsibilities

Execute activations on retail, wholesale, and pure player to deliver a seamless experience for consumers. Align with the local Senior Manager, Marketing and the Regional Marketing Team to deliver a marketing calendar within the framework provided by the Regional Marketing Team and in line with the PVH+ Power Plan. Lead on channel mapping, seasonal brand plans, product ordering, utilizing project management tools such as Asana to track all initiatives and relevant budgets. Understand local consumer trends and insights to identify growth opportunities and constantly analyze brand positioning. Understand commercial needs and work with Senior Manager, Marketing to deliver business priorities. Collaborate and explore new ways to provide the most elevated and premium brand experience across all channels. Support Senior Manager, Marketing in controlling local marketing budget, keep track of spend, and identify innovative ways to drive more profitable marketing investments. About You

Deep understanding of consumer and omni-channel marketplace. Creative and innovative marketing mindset. Data-driven thinking with an affinity for numbers. Solution-oriented with experience managing complex projects. Consumer-centric thinking and commercial understanding. Highly organized with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Excellent MS-Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Willingness to travel to London, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam at least once per month for team and market visits.
