As a Manager of Security Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within Cybersecurity and Technology Controls, you lead multiple teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities by identifying and escalating issues and ensuring your team's work adherence to compliance standards, business requirements, and tactical best practices.

This role is within the Product Security team aligned to the Engineer's Platform & Integrated Experience group that secures the process of delivering software to our customers and makes JPMC the most attractive destination for engineers. You will play an important role in identifying and managing risk related issues and actions with the respective technology. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to see the big picture across security issues.

Job Responsibilities

Provides guidance to an immediate team of security engineers on daily tasks and activities. Sets overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration. Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements. Manages stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements. Participates in defining product vision and strategy, particularly from a technical perspective. Collaborate with product management on shaping the product roadmap. Creates a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for team members, and prioritizes diverse representation. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Expertise in leading and managing teams of engineers that build and operate security engineering products. Experience building security engineering products and solutions. Experience leading technology projects. Experience managing technologists. Expertise in planning, designing, building and maintaining enterprise level security engineering products and solutions in a public cloud environment (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure). Advanced experience in one or more programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, Go). Advanced knowledge of secure software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.). Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins), version control tools (Git), and managing and tracking work using management tools like Jira. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Expertise in Python, Golang or Java. Experience with Terraform. Familiarity with Software Bill of Materials, Supply-chain Levels for Software Artifacts, and software supply chain security. Cyber Security experience is an asset. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
