What You Will Do Drive the implementation, growth and adoption of test automation across enterprise to minimize manual quality assurance effort/cost enhance quality of production systems. Collaborate with functional and development teams to develop performance engineering discipline and lead Performance testing effort across lines of business. Aggressively drive an Automation First mandate in all phases of testing. Define & improve quality engineering and automation policies and procedures. Work with product and business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, manage intake, and lead execution to achieve outcomes. Drive a culture of automation and continuously look for opportunities to drive automation across all domains. Design, measure, report, and continuously improve automation and system performance metrics. Experience managing capital and operational budgets, with proven cost management achievements. Experience managing key vendor relationships with demonstrated benefits to the business through strong relationship management. Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems. Demonstrated people leadership with success in driving retention, succession and employee development. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, computer science, or related practice). Minimum of 8 years progressive work experience in information technology. Minimum of 5 years of experience in applications testing, quality assurance, quality engineering, performance testing and environment management. Minimum of 2 years of people leadership, project management and delivery experience. Experience with both functional and non-functional (load, performance, failure, etc.) test design & execution. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Scrum development methodology and in leading Agile Scrum QA teams. Understanding of enterprise DevOps. Strong understanding of non-functional behaviors that include performance, scalability / resource utilization, resiliency & security, high availability. Analytical and data oriented – taking data and turning it into insight. Experience leading test automation programs desired. Knowledge and experience with testing & automation tools. Knowledge and experience in DevOps, SQL, O/S troubleshooting and tooling (Jira, Confluence, LoadRunner, Selenium, Ranorex, Jenkins) desired. Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and quality in IT delivery, support and compliance Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Our Commitment
