As a Manager Quality Engineering SDET you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Quality Engineering team reporting to the Director of Quality Engineering, you will support projects including Hilton.com and other Hilton software applications. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Research, develop, and initiate advanced automated testing methodologies Define processes for test design and execution activities Manage execution of QA, UAT, and Post-Release testing and the quality of the applications Ensure a feedback loop for defects to improve quality and improve resource efficiencies Develop, and set goals for direct reports Implement and execute automated tests using tools like Cypress or Playwright to validate application functionality and performance How you will collaborate with others: Collaborate with QE Managers, and DevOps team members for continuous improvement Collaborate with our application development teams to understand application architecture, risks, and quality needs. Attend organizational meetings to develop test strategies, methodologies, and improvement on application delivery. What deliverables you will take ownership of: You will focus on a variety of Hiltons’ applications utilizing a variety of technologies. These projects include deliverables that are used internally and externally across the globe. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field Two (2) years of supervisory experience It would be useful if you have: Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience , or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience Seven (7)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field Four (4) years of professional experience in the field of software application testing for high revenue applications that serve a global user base Hands-on automation experience with large-scale enterprise software products Experience building web applications with modern web application frameworks like Next.js and build systems like NX Experience with test runners and unit testing libraries like Mocha, Jasmine, or Jest Experience with assertion libraries like Chai Expect or Yup Experience with cloud-hosted automation testing platforms Experience with CI/CD technologies like YAML, GitLab, GitHub Actions or other CI/CD providers WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON Hilton, the #1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands. The annual salary range for this role is

$90,000 - $145,000

and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company. #LI-REMOTE
