As a Client Manager, you will be an integral part of our client's team, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the delivery of top-notch accounting and advisory services. This role offers the chance to engage closely with clients, manage relationships, and provide strategic financial insights to drive their success. If you have a passion for client satisfaction and a knack for financial expertise, this position presents an ideal platform to excel. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all accounting and financial matters. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business operations and financial goals. Provide expert guidance on accounting, tax, and financial planning, tailoring solutions to meet clients' individual needs. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive solutions for clients. Monitor industry trends and regulations, proactively advising clients on relevant changes and implications. Play a pivotal role in business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand services within the existing client base. Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of growth and learning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA qualification preferred. Proven experience (X+ years) in a client-facing role within an accounting practice. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate team members. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
