Position overview: You are responsible for leading business and commercial strategy development and implementation in the region. You conceptualize and implement effective data solutions that enhance business outcomes. By working cross-functionally, you leverage data-driven insights to influence key strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities include: Leverage strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and consensus on key strategic initiatives, including commercial growth opportunities. Participate in implementing the region's strategic plan process and generating content for strategic business plans, including supporting the business case process for innovation, investment, prioritization, etc. Support cross-functionally within the region to improve contribution margin, profit, share of wallet, and other key success measures with customers. Lead the risk strategy in collaboration with other key stakeholder functions and lead/facilitate critical prioritized projects. Act as integrator of regional business & commercial strategies and key account strategies. Lead development of internal presentation materials for recurring and ad-hoc business reporting that tell strategic stories grounded in data, facts, including KPIs. Communicate regional priorities throughout the organization to create internal alignment. Generate presentations, reports, and dashboards that visually display data in a way that makes insights from complex data understandable and usable for the audience. Lead the development and implementation of consistent and repeatable data processes. What are we looking for? Experience in strategic development for growth around commercial opportunities and prioritization, within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross-functionally without authority, building consensus and developing constructive relationships with key internal stakeholders. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Business and financial acumen. Proven experience distilling complex ideas and data into compelling strategic storylines. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ideally along with knowledge of data visualization tools. Fluent written and spoken English. Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
